Data Science Intern

WorldQuant develops and deploys systematic financial strategies across a broad range of asset classes and global markets. The Role 岗位职责
WorldQuant is seeking exceptional individuals to join the firm as a Data Science Intern. While prior finance experience is not required, a successful candidate must possess a strong interest in learning about finance and global markets.

• Perform analysis and generate models of financial datasets using machine learning techniques 运用机器学习的方法分析并构建金融数据模型
• Verify the integrity of unstructured data and turn data into potentially valuable insights 验证非结构化数据的价值并将数据转化成潜在的高质量的市场洞见
• Develop and create data that seek to predict the movement of financial market by applying variety of algorithmic techniques 应用各种算法技术开发并构建可尝试预测金融市场波动的数据

What You'll Bring 你需要具备

• Pursuing a Master's or PhD degree from a leading university in related fields (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Big Data) 正在攻读相关领域的硕士或博士学位(例如电子工程,物理,计算机科学,数学,金融工程, 大数据等)
• Demonstrated ability of at least one programming language, e.g. C++, python, etc.; familiar with systems like Linux/Unix 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言,如C++、python等; 熟悉Linux/Unix等操作系统
• Research experience in Deep Learning, NLP, and/or LLM is a plus 有深度学习、自然语言处理和/或大语言模型等研究经验者优先
