About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in Finance team at our location in Hangzhou.

What you can look forward to as a Plant Controlling Specialist:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports for the factory;
  • Monitor key financial metrics such as production costs, SG&A, etc.;
  • Prepare annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; support business units in financial planning;
  • Monitor budget execution and analyze variances, offering actionable recommendations;
  • Assist in cost control and resource optimization across departments;
  • Assist with internal and external audits and compliance reviews;
  • Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager. 

Your Profile as a Plant Controlling Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting related;
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in the field of GL or cost analysis;
  • Proven skills in profitability analysis and KPI reporting;
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills;
  • Fluent in oral and written English;
  • Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle);
  • Profound communication skills and ability to work in a team under pressure;
  • High assertiveness as well as persuasive power.
