• According to purchase application , quote for store/spare parts/service按申请单位需求进行备件/物料/服务的询比议价。
• Identify, evaluate, select, and manage suppliers for various categories, including but not limited to marine engines and propulsion systems, deck machinery, electrical systems, piping, valves, outfitting materials, and technical services识别、评估、选择和管理各种类别的供应商,包括但不限于:船用发动机和推进系统、甲板机械、电气系统、管道、阀门、舾装材料和技术服务。
• Responsible for price negotiation and lead time confirmation of store/spare parts and services to ensure best price, payment term and delivery schedule can be satisfied. 与供应商协商价格,并通过探索降低成本的可能性并寻求更优势价格,降低采购成本。并追踪供应商确保按时保质保量交货。
• Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from request for quotation (RFQ) to delivery and payment. 管理从询价 (RFQ) 到交付和付款的整个采购生命周期.
• Identify potential supply chain risks (e.g., delays, quality issues, geopolitical factors) Resolve any issues related to supplier non-conformance, delivery delays, or invoice discrepancies. 识别潜在的供应链风险(例如延误、质量问题、地缘政治因素),解决与供应商不合规、交货延迟或发票差异相关的任何问题
• Have cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills. 具备跨部门沟通协作能力.
• Contact & arrange workshop for voyage repair /class survey according to technical department application. 负责公司营运船航修及法定检验服务商安排。协调相关单位及时高效完成上述工作, 确保船舶正常营运。
• Check the qualification of workshops for above job. 航修及法定检验的服务商资质审核,确保其符合船东船检要求。
• Other tasks assigned by department supervisor. 部门领导交付的其他工作。 岗位要求:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business administration, Marine Engineering, or a related field. Marine Engineering is a plus. 供应链/工商管理/轮机专业或其他相关专业本科毕业。
• Demonstrable experience in negotiating major contracts 在重大合同谈判方面有丰富的经验
• Above 3-5 years working experience as a purchaser, sourcing、 Specifically within the shipbuilding or marine engine or heavy engineer industry, Having sup-intendent or technical assistant in foreign shipping or management company is a plus. 3-5年以上的船厂、船舶主机或其他重工业采购工作经验,有外资航运公司或管理公司2年以上机务或机务助理经验是加分项。
• Experience of dry dock or new building is a plus. 有坞修或新造船经验是加分项。 5.good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. 英文听说读写流利熟练。
• Similar with class regulations & marine equipment . 熟悉船级社/IMO规范及船用设备。
