章节1:岗位概述

支持项目日常生产管理工作

以安全和有效的方式操作机器,确保机器高效率持续运行。

遵守生产管理规范的所有方面,维护全部物料和产品的可追溯性。

工程师紧密合作,产品变化时修改机器设置。

根据工单生产计划需求,做好物料平衡。

根据需要其他相关工作。

生产线主管安排的其他工作。

章节2:职责和责任

下列是此职位按照适用的联邦,洲,地方法律/法规和强生公司的程序和指南:

80% 按照工单进行日常生产工作。

10% 完成质量记录。

10% 完成产线(清洁,清场)等活动。

负责将业务相关问题或机会传达给下一级管理层

对于那些监督或管理员工的人员,如适用,负责确保下属遵循与健康,安全和环境实践相

关的所有公司指南,以及所有需要的资源都是可用的,且状况良好。

负责确保个人和公司遵守联邦、州、地方和公司的所有法规、政策和程序。

执行其他必要的职责。

必须具备高中同等及以上学历。

章节4: 要求的知识,技能,能力,认证/许可证和附属。

良好的工作习惯(5S)与质量意识。

最好具备GMP 相关生产经验。

良好的安全生产意识。

执行标准化操作,满足产量和质量要求。
