该职位来源于猎聘 Support Sr. engineer to maintain process & produce product and pull in scrap saving, other material saving projects, support NPD projects, drive process change project and participate in new equipment qualification. About the job:Continuous yield improvement (Target: scrap rate reduction 15% year to year)PCN, PFMEA, SOP, BOM/RT, Datasheet, Drawing document creation, updated,training to people & down to floor implementationOther material cost reduction project (> 5 projects per year)Quality risk mitigation & customer complaints reduction by process capability improvementNew product development support from P1, deep dive process Cpk & yield in full stageEHS risk identification & mitigation from product material and process design, be responsible for self safety & process safetyTier 2 meeting, process audit & daily Gemba walkTraining for operators and techniciansCustomized parts release and engineering sample managementOther duties as assigned About you:Experience on the metal surface processing like Al, Cu, Sn, Ag & injection process like LCP, PPSProduct & process techinic communication with customer application field end to win businessFamiliar with SPC, ISO9001/14001/IATF16949Be capable to solve problem with techinical principle in terms of material property & process mechanism, good all-round aptitude for mechanical, electrical and electronic problem-solving, good ability for process trouble shootingImprove intellegent manufacturing level by process digitalization & work process optimizationGood possess excellent interpersonal skills that will allow him to fully participate in an organization that values teamworkGood knowledge of 6sigma tools such as FMEA, DOE, MSA with GB preferredPresentation and communication skills
