This Position reports to:

Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the divisions in ABB to define their e-commerce strategy. Each day, you will lead the design and operation of the tools and teams needed to maximize sales through digital channels and platforms. You will also showcase your expertise by building and managing a team of e-commerce experts.

This role is contributing to the Electrification smart building in China.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Partnering with each division to analyze and define the product portfolio for the assigned e-commerce platforms.
  • Leading the planning and implementation of the commercial strategy, including go-to market, marketing, and sales actions, and sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization and raising awareness on overall e-commerce and digital marketing competence.
  • Driving sales performance of specific e-commerce platforms.
  • Managing the execution of defined promotional campaigns and developing business cases for new e-commerce opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial success.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • You are highly skilled in digital sales strategies, omnichannel marketing, online customer acquisition, and the B2B/B2C electrical products e-commerce market
  • You have 8 years of experience in e-commerce sales management, digital marketing, or online business development, working as E-commerce Manager or Digital Sales Lead with electrical products, wiring accessories, or industrial automation equipment
  • Highly adept in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud, Tmall, ), digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics), CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365), and SEO/SEM/social media marketing tools
  • You are passionate about customer experience optimization and you are innovative around data-driven decision making, conversion rate optimization, and digital transformation
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Business with proven experience in online sales growth, digital channel management, and e-commerce P&L ownership
  • You are at ease communicating in English and Mandarin Chinese
