Job Description

• 负责电气/控制解决方案的识别、选择和/或开发。领导并执行控制系统的安装、调试和维护。
• 制定并提供电气/控制设备/安装相关的招标和合同的工程规范、验收标准和技术要求。
• 设计电气/控制系统,包括原理图、布线图和电缆图。
• 执行控制系统的编程、检查和调试。
• 收集、编制并提供准确的电气/控制设备文档,如工程图纸、程序代码、设备手册和商业部件的技术资料。

基本资质条件:

• 电气工程、自动化、仪器与控制工程或相关学科的学士学位。硕士学位优先。
• 在制造环境中有5年以上相关工作经验。
• 熟悉PLC、DCS和SCADA系统的编程和调试。
• 具备较强的问题解决能力和团队合作精神。
• 优秀的沟通能力,能够用中英文进行技术交流。
• 良好的计算机技能。

优先条件:

• 具备Rockwell Allen-Bradley/Siemens控制系统(PLC/PAC/DCS、HMI、I/O、交流驱动器、运动控制等)知识者优先。
• 熟悉Intouch、IFix、Ignition等SCADA系统者优先。
• 具有OPC UA、TCP/IP等工业通信协议经验者优先。

Responsibilities

• Independently design and develop process control systems to support production operations and ensure process reliability.
• Troubleshoot process issues, analyze and optimize production processes, and provide recommendations for improvements to ensure efficient system operation.
• Train and enhance the skill levels of maintenance technicians.
• Provide technical and project management leadership to ensure the safe, timely, and economical execution of electrical/control projects, meeting applicable Solventum and regulatory standards and internal specifications.
• Lead the identification, selection, and/or development of electrical/control solutions. Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of control systems.
• Develop and provide engineering specifications, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for electrical/control equipment/installation-related tendering and contracting.
• Design electrical/control systems, including elementary, wiring, and cabling drawings.
• Perform programming, checkout, and commissioning for control systems.
• Collect, compile, and provide accurate documentation for electrical/control equipment, such as engineering drawings, program codes, equipment manuals, and technical sheets of commercial parts.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrument & Control Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Over 5 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with programming and debugging PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting technical exchanges in both Chinese and English.
• Proficient PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Rockwell Allen-Bradley/Siemens controls (PLC/PAC/DCS, HMI, I/O, AC drives, motion control, etc.) is preferred.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems such as Intouch, IFix, and Ignition is a plus.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols like OPC UA and TCP/IP is a plus.
