Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Production Engineering ManagerJob: Industrial/Process engineering SupervisorReporting Line: Production Engineering ManagerMission Statement:To lead the optimization and innovation of production & logistics processes by leveraging lean methodologies, digital technologies, and intelligent tools; drive the development, optimization, and introduction of new production lines/processes; enhance operational flexibility, efficiency, quality, and cost competitiveness; foster a continuous improvement culture; and accelerate the realization of smart factory goals (e.g., lighthouse factories), thereby supporting ABB's leadership in the low-voltage electrical industry and delivering sustainable value to customers and the business.Main Accountabilities: 1.Lead team to enhance lean process system for the production & logistics flow. to identify waste & improvement opportunities to achieve cost reduction, quality & efficiency & engineer flexibility improvement goals.2.Lead the development, optimization, and introduction of new production lines/processes to respond timely to PE, AT & Marketing requests.3.Coordinate ICN/NPI process; optimize designs per DFM/DFA, compile intelligent error-proof SOP/PFMEA, to enhance the production stability & quality control level.4. Plant & Line Layout design and optimization to improve area utilization rate through the implementation of strategic and systematic initiatives in support of business growth.5.Continue improvement on Production/workflow/information flow/Value chain/logistic, such as Make or buy strategy definition & optimization. Extend VSM improvement. Inbound & outbound logistics optimization.6.Organize and lead company-level cross-departmental lean projects to increase operational maturity & enable operational excellence.7.Drive process digitalization and intelligence through MES integration, predictive maintenance, and AI-based models8.Track cutting-edge industry technologies (e.g., digital twin, AI fault prediction), evaluate the application feasibility of new processes and equipment in production lines, lead the implementation of technological innovation projects, and support smart factory construction goals (e.g., lighthouse factories).9.Talent cultivation and development to build and enhance a lean/continue improvement culture.Requirements:1.Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/IE related majors. years of team management experience. ACB/MCCB experience is a plus2. Rich experience in new production line/process development, optimization, and NPI coordination.3.Master DFM/DFA principles; proficient in PFMEA compilation and production quality control.4.Proficient in Lean methodology cover production & logistics, workflow. L6S GB is preferred5.Strong innovation capability: Track cutting-edge technologies and deliver successful technological innovation projects.6.Excellent structured thinking: Systematically analyze complex problems and drive cross-departmental project execution.7.Rich Knowledge or hands-on experience in digital system integration (MES/WMS), predictive maintenance, and AI-driven digital tools.8.Strong presentation skills, project management capabilities, and cross-departmental collaboration skills9.
