ï· Check specification of the customer in English language. Commercial verification and coordination of

ï· Analyze deviations in terms of technical designs, tests, acceptance, period, and delivery specifications

ï· Creation of complete order BOMs. Completing the order with the necessary company/ customer-specific
documents , Creation of the order confirmation and send to customer å建å®æ´ç订åBOMè¨ï¼ 使ç¨å¿
è¦çå¬å¸/客æ·ç¹å®ææ£å®æ订å,å建订åç®è®¤ä¸åéç»å®¢æ·
ï· Monitor and track sales order status to ensure on time delivery from customer. çæ§åè·è¸ªéå®è®¢åç¶

ï· Collaboration in receivables management, such as claim receivables, ask for prepayment, request bank
guarantees, create necessary pro forma invoices. åå©åºæ¶è´¦æ¬¾ç®çï¼å¦åºæ¶è´¦æ¬¾ç´¢èµï¼è¦æ±é¢ä»æ¬¾ï¼è¦

ï· Factory acceptance test reception(FAT) arrangement with Admin ä¸èæ¿é¨é¨å®æå·¥åéªæ¶æµè¯éªæ¶
ï· Relevant product documents collect and distribute æ¶éåååç¸å³äº§åæ件
ï· Other assignments required by manager. å®æç»ç交å¾çå¶ä»ä»»å

ï· Good communication skills è¯å¥½çæ²éè½å
ï· Good command of office software, such as excel, word, PPT çç»ä½¿ç¨ excelãwordãPPT çåå¬è½¯ä»¶
ï· Good at SAP and CRM skill çç»è¿ç¨ SAP å CRM
ï· Good learning agility and proactive è¯å¥½çå¦ä¹ è½åè·ä¸»å¨æ§
ï· Good team player è¯å¥½çå¢éåä½è
æè²ç¨åº¦/ Educationï¼
ï· Bachelor’s degree æ¬ç§
ï· English major in is preferred è±è¯ä¸ä¸ä¼å
