Technical support for users : Propose and support the implementation of technical solutions. Diagnose user issues . Industrialize and automate solutions to improve operational efficiency. Manage incidents on technical platforms. Train and document the use of new components. Anticipate problems on technical platforms. Work in interaction with its users. Empower your users. Guarantee the operational maintenance of platforms (MCO): Manage the systems lifecycle. Apply and verify IS standards (security, quality, etc.),develop or provide tools to analyze, configure and monitor the health of infrastructure, networks, database and critical processes. Contribute to having efficient, automated supervision to detect performance or security problems. Control the cost of the solutions I implement. Guarantee the existence of a maintenance contract. Design the architecture of your systems: Design resilient, secure and efficient infrastructure, network and database architectures. Integrate security practices into automation processes, ensuring security policies, infrastructure and network are applied consistently. Communicate a design approach and solicit feedback from peers. Challenge the different architectural options (advantages & disadvantages). Contribute to the design and architecture of a new product or component. Apply design patterns and make design decisions. Solve highly complex technical problems and provide constructive reviews to improve a system design. Develop your technological knowledge and your sensitivity to the environment: Listen, read and participate in conferences, forums, etc., learn

Be aware of best engineering practices and new technology standards through constant technological monitoring. Share your knowledge and experiences (pitch to your team, external interviews, etc.). Develop expertise in the infrastructure and network components used at Decathlon through specialized training and certifications (public clouds, specific publishers, etc.). Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends (not just focusing on technical topics): our infrastructure and build system, including all our CI/CD tools and observability.
