YOUR TASKS
- Technical strategy definition, build roadmap is key competence
- Sensitive to new technology
- Management skills: stakeholder management, partnership establish
- Commercial mindset is plus
- Should have new product development experience (0-1), familiar with innovation process, AE process is plus
- PjM basic skills, resource, budget, gate reviews, plan
- Technical management, technical transfer experience is a plus
- Connection with OEM, Supplier , internal innovation partner, to build innovation ecosystem / network \
- Team management experience, resource plan, ramp up exp, is must
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience 8+ years
- Bachelor
- English
