Industrial engineer
Location (Hybrid, permanent/full-time): CHINA
What are your main tasks you can expect?
- Organize meetings to analyze product process, technical feasibility research and assessment
- Coordinate to build up product process, create process documents( such as: Flow chart,Layout, equipment /device/tool requirment list, PFMEA, work instruction, product/process characteristic analysis list, characteristic matrix and revelent document)
- Be responsible for process change management and Prodcution BOM creation in SAP system and exact BOM
- Measuring and confirm production efficiency index and control capacity. Finding solutions for efficient and cost-saving production
- Procurement of tools and machines for the production,also responsible for negotiate technical specification ,pre-checking ,trial out and acceptance equipment /device and so on.
- Cooperation at project teams, responsible for new project process development（Line buildup and training the operater for new process) .
- Creating and changing process plans,Responsible for manufacturing process continuous improvement.
- Insure equipment to steadily and in series run to produce quality check out product.
- With capability of analysis about relative product , process,machine to quanlity warranty problem.
What qualifications do you bring with you?
- Knowledge of relevent product of manufacturing，FMEA，SPC，APQP.
- Be good at English
- Ability to plan and analyze processes and operating sequence
- High morale and responsibility and good team player;
- Degree or above major in mechanical and Engineering, min. 5 years of work experience with design in automobile or manufacture field
