Assistant Manager Sales Analysis and Reporting

To take responsibility for the accurate and timely invoice management (reporting, monitoring and steering) for BMW & MINI.

To Implement & optimize the whole process of dealer invoice data management to ensure reliable database for sales analysis.

Major Responsibilities: 

• Develop weekly/ monthly dealer invoice analysis on national/regional/dealer level and derive recommendations to management. 
• Provide quarterly/yearly dealer invoice analysis report to support sales trend forecast.
• Design and develop in-depth sales reporting & analysis mechanism to track business performance.
• Responsible for cross function communication, region and dealer communication, implement, status monitoring and review etc.
• Responsible for optimize invoice data checking process and enhance work efficiency.
• Responsible for data sharing process, internal & external, or system solution mearsure evaluation.
• Any project assign by line manager.
   

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree.
• Good understanding of automotive industry business processes.
• Strategic insights about sales management.
• Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under great pressure.
• Strong data analytical skill.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficient English.
• 1-3 years’ experience in automobile industry wholesale or retail.
• 4-6 years’ experience with consulting background.
