• 负责ADAS自动驾驶域控制器底层软件及中间件整体架构设计、方案选型、迭代优化与量产落地，确保项目按时交付。
• 主导ADAS域控AUTOSAR CP/AP底层软件、中间件架构规划、组件选型、分层设计与集成调优，全面负责OS操作系统、RTE运行时环境、COM通信底层、DCM诊断等底层基础软件平台能力搭建与迭代。
• 负责中间件开发团队的日常研发管理、任务拆解、进度管控、质量把控与绩效考核，统筹团队开发、集成、适配、调试全流程工作，合理分配人力，提升团队研发效率。
• 主导中间件核心难点问题攻坚，负责跨平台、多芯片（英伟达、地平线、黑芝麻等）域控中间件适配、移植与优化，支撑不同车型、不同配置的智驾项目复用落地。
• 建立完善的中间件研发流程、编码规范、文档体系、版本管理与测试规范，落地功能安全ISO 26262、信息安全ISO/SAE 21434相关开发要求，提升团队标准化、规范化研发能力。 岗位要求：
• 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业，10年以上车载软件研发经验，5年以上中间件架构经验，有团队管理经验优先。
• 深入理解ADAS域控软件架构，精通 AUTOSAR CP/AP 中间件体系，熟练掌握BSW、RTE、通信栈、诊断、网络管理等核心模块落地与调优。
• 具备优秀的技术架构能力、项目统筹能力和问题攻坚能力，能够精准把控技术方向、规避项目风险，高效解决量产关键问题。
• 有英伟达Orin/Thor、地平线Journey、Momenta X7等主流智驾芯片平台中间件开发与量产经验。
• 熟悉ISO26262功能安全、ASPICE开发流程，具备独立架构设计、技术攻关、跨团队协同推进量产落地能力。 Additional Locations:
