• Collaborate with Product Manager to design and develop flexible, modular, reliable and scalable manufacturing software architecture. 同产品经理协作，设计和开发灵活、模块化、可靠和可扩展的制造软件架构。
• Work with Product Manager to develop high-level architecture specifications, interfaces, and system integration etc. and also evaluate the efforts of corresponding developments. 与产品经理合作开发高级架构规范、接口和系统集成等，并评估相应的开发工作量。
• Design, define, and communicate development tools, processes, guidelines, and coding standards etc. to development team. 设计、定义开发工具、过程、指南和编码标准等，并将其传达给开发团队。
• Analyze, prioritize, and execute development tasks in the whole software development life cycle. 在整个软件开发生命周期中分析、优先排序和执行开发任务。
• Automate and optimize development tasks through appropriate tools. 通过适当的工具自动化和优化开发任务。
• Manage and improve development documents. 管理和改进开发文档。
• Keep tracking the newest software technology and adapt it to the practice gradually. 不断跟踪最新的软件技术，并逐步运用到实践当中。
• Develop team members by sharing and coaching. 通过分享和指导培养团队成员。
• Other jobs assigned by manager. 完成经理安排的其它工作。
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Engineering or equivalent. 计算机、工程或者相似的本科以上学历。 2. 10+ years of experience in software development and coding in various programming languages, such as C#, Java, C/C++ etc. 10年以上软件开发经验，可以运用多种编程语言，比如C#、Java、C/C++等。
• Proven experience as software architect. 作为软件架构师的成熟经验。 4. 8+ years of experience developing manufacturing software, such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), QMS (Quality Management System), PMS (Plant Maintenance System) etc.. 8年以上开发制造业软件，比如MES（制造执行系统）、WMS（仓库管理系统）、QMS（质量管理系统）、PMS（工厂维修管理）。
• Must have experiences in Manufacturing domain, and 5+ years of experience solving business challenges across the end-to-end value chain. 必须具有制造领域的经验，以及5年以上解决贯穿端到端价值链的业务问题的能力。
• Proven experience in Enterprise Applications integration, such as integrate ERP/MES/PLM/Third parties etc. 具有企业应用系统集成的成熟经验，比如集成ERP/MES/PLM/第三方应用等。
• Experience with Database such as Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL etc. 使用关系数据库的经验，比如Oracle、MS SQL、Postgresql、MySQL等。
• Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA. 使用PLC/HMI/SCADA的经验。
• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities. 优秀的沟通和表达能力。
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changes. 在一个快节奏的环境里工作，以及快速调整和适应的能力。
• Availability to travel up to 30%. 可以出差，比例大约30%。
