Job Overview As a strategic partner to the company's core management team, you will take full responsibility for capital operations, financing planning, and investment/financing compliance management. Against the backdrop of the company's rapid global business growth, you will be expected to build and optimize our capital management system in reference to international first-class public company standards, leveraging professional capital strategies to support the company’s long-term strategic vision and capital market objectives. Core Responsibilities Capital Strategic Planning: Formulate medium-to-long-term financing plans based on the company's global strategy; oversee the continuous optimization of the capital structure to ensure financial indicators and compliance standards are fully aligned with international capital market benchmarks. Financing Channel Expansion: Establish and maintain deep partnerships with top-tier USD funds, leading investment banks, commercial banks, and overseas financial institutions; lead the organization and execution of the end-to-end financing process. Post-Investment & Market Value Management Readiness: Establish a preliminary Investor Relations (IR) framework that meets public company requirements; conduct regular industry research and competitor capital analysis to provide decision support for the CEO. Compliance & Standardized Operations: Lead internal financial compliance audits and process streamlining to ensure corporate governance, financial disclosure, and internal control systems meet high-standard global regulatory requirements. Global Business Support: Evaluate and execute overseas investment and M&A opportunities for North America, Singapore, and other key global markets in coordination with business departments. Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred. Industry

Experience:
10+ years of experience in investment and financing, with at least 5 years in a core role at a leading internet, digital media, or global technology company. Capital Markets Track Record: Proven experience in overseas capital market operations, having led or deeply participated in overseas financing or corporate governance standardization projects (deep understanding of U.
S. market rules is preferred). Competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate business logic into capital market language. Strong commercial negotiation skills and acute risk identification awareness. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English as working languages, with the ability to engage directly with top global institutions. Values: High level of professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, with the ability to adapt to a high-growth startup environment. Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese
