工作描述 Essential Duties And Responsibilities 基本职责
• Maintain the quality management system ,conduct internal audit timely ,collect relevant information to verify and ensure the effectiveness and conformance of the systems 维护质量管理体系，及时进行内部审核，收集相关信息以验证并确保体系的有效性和一致性
• Report the quality status and progress to the management 及时向管理层汇报质量状况和改进进度
• Develop the disposition of non-conformance 制定不符合项的处置方案
• Lead the improvement process of nonconformance found in production process for root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action development 主导生产过程中不符合项的改进流程，开展根本原因分析并制定纠正和预防措施
• Lead or assist the root cause analysis and improvement for customer complaints and the report making(like 8D) 领导或协助客户投诉的根本原因分析、改进及报告编制（如8D报告）
• Lead or assist to develop the quality control plan and PPAP package preparation 领导或协助制定质量控制计划和PPAP的准备
• Make and update the quality inspection work instruction 制定并更新质量检验作业指导书
• Lead and conduct the solution for warranty parts and/or complain from after-market; Coordinate the disposition and feedback to customer on due date 领导并执行保修部件或售后投诉的解决方案；协调处理并及时向客户反馈

• 5 years above of quality management experiences with ISO 9001/IATF16949/CRCC management. 具备5年以上ISO9001/IATF16949/CRCC质量管理体系工作经验
• Master the APQP tools with statistical analysis ability. 掌握APQP工具并具备统计分析能力
• Be a good problem solver in order to solve process and product problems. 善于解决问题，能够有效处理制程及产品质量问题
• Familiar with the quality tools e.g. PDCA ,APQP，FMEA，MSA，SPC、8D 熟悉PDCA，APQP，FMEA，MSA，SPC， 8D等质量工具 x
• Strong Problem-solving skills and methodology, such as six sigma, 8D, 5WHY … 掌握六西格玛、8D、5WHY等强效的问题解决方法与工具
• English skill, listen, spoken, read and written excellence, good communication 具备优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力及良好的沟通技巧
• Team management skill 拥有极强的团队管理能力
