Molding Process Simulation Engineer

Responsibilities:
1, Ensure or pilot the meshing of the parts. 2, Define the inputs and hypothesis required to perform the simulations. 3, Design the injection system with the Injection and Tooling Expert by simulating the molding process. 4, Organize and pilot the simulations subcontracting phases if required
• 5, Propose product modification to improve injection robustness and part quality
• 6, Write simulation reports and presents them to the customer (internal and external)
• 7, Remind the hypothesis and the results of the simulation when participating to the preparation injection trials. 8, Propose specific moulding parameters if needed. 9, Participate to the analysis of the moulding results and compares them to the simulations. 10,Analyse the differences and proposes technical solutions. 11, Alert upper management in the case of major risk and characterizes it. 12, Within the scope of existing projects, bring ideas/solutions for improving performance, efficiency, quality & reliability. 13, Improve and develop new simulation methods, using simulation / moulding correlations. requirements:
1, Bachelor's degree. 2, knowledge of plastics materials, plastics transformation, heat transfers, molding, general mechanical. 3, Related Molding Process Simulation experience in Exterior parts is preferred.
