• Responsible for 3D digital modeling, assembly design and 2D drawing creation of automotive center console (floor console) components using CATIA V5. 使用 CATIA V5 完成汽车中控副仪表板（Center Console）零部件三维数模建模、装配设计及二维工程图输出。
• Conduct design check, interference check, section analysis, GD&T annotation and DFM review for console plastic parts, brackets, decorative trims and functional modules. 负责中控塑料件、支架、装饰件、功能模块的设计校核、干涉检查、断面分析、形位公差标注、可制造性 DFM 评审。
• Follow product development milestones from concept, freeze, design release to SOP; update CAD data and manage version control according to client change requests. 跟进产品从概念、数模冻结、发图到 SOP 全开发节点，根据客户变更及时更新数模并做好版本管控。
• Cooperate with system engineers, stylists, CAE, quality and suppliers to resolve design, assembly and molding issues during prototype and trial production. 协同系统工程师、造型、CAE、质量及供应商，解决样件及试生产阶段的设计、装配、注塑相关问题。
• Generate BOM, design specification and other technical documentation as required by customer standards. 按客户规范输出 BOM、设计说明等技术文件。 ## Requirements 任职要求
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related majors. 机械、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on automotive CAD design experience, specialized in center console development with CATIA V5. 5 年及以上汽车行业 CAD 设计实操经验，专注中控副仪表板，熟练使用 CATIA V5（核心硬性条件）。
• Solid knowledge of automotive interior plastic part design, injection molding process, GD&T and engineering drawing standards. 熟悉汽车内饰塑料件设计、注塑工艺、GD&T 及工程图纸规范。
• Familiar with Tier‑1 / OEM development workflow; Aptiv, Faurecia, Yanfeng experience is a plus. 了解主机厂及 Tier1 开发流程，有安波福、佛吉亚、延锋项目经验优先。
