Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Regional Adoption and Data Specialist who will report to Group Head of HR Organization, Data and Analytics as part of our Human Resources team in China.
This position is dedicated to ensuring secure, compliant, and effective use of HR data and tools, while continuously improving HR ways of working at the regional level by:
Drive adoption and capability building, empowering local HR teams with training, communication, and engagement initiatives that foster effective use of HR tools and processes.
Act as the regional ODA touch point for local HRBPs and HR teams, gathering insights and priorities to address pain points and continuously improve HR ways of working in alignment with group guidelines.
Promote data quality and literacy, monitoring key indicators, supporting master data management, and strengthening HR’s ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Safeguard HR data integrity and compliance, ensuring local adherence to group security and privacy frameworks through audits, training, and proactive issue management.
How you will contribute
ADOPTION:
Deliver training on Workday and other HR tools to local HR teams.
Develop and maintain local assets in the HR Academy.
Manage locally communication and ambassador networks for HR initiatives.
Organize local workshops to identify pain points from local teams.
Monitor and follow up on local adoption KPIs for HR tools and processes.
Identify local reporting needs and liaise with group reporting teams.
DATA MANAGEMENT:
Monitor and follow up on local data quality KPIs.
Provide data literacy training to local HR teams.
Ensure correct implementation of master data management (MDM) in local tools.
Support impact analysis on local operations during HR process reviews.
SECURITY & HR PRIVACY:
Enforce access management and HR Privacy guidelines at the local level.
Performing audits of local HR tools and providing feedback on group HR tools audit local outcomes.
Ensure local HR teams are fully trained in security & HR Privacy.

Collaboration – Working with both local and group HR teams, and facilitating workshops and ambassador networks.
Problem-Solving – Identifying pain points, resolving privacy/security issues, and supporting impact analysis.
Attention to Detail – Ensuring compliance with access management, privacy, and data quality standards.
Training & Coaching – Effectively delivering trainings and supporting data literacy and tool adoption.
Influence & Persuasion – Encouraging adoption of new tools and practices, and driving change.
Analytical Thinking – Interpreting KPIs, audit outcomes, and reporting needs for continuous improvement.
