Responsibilities:
• Group IT Strategy and System Planning: Responsible for the top-level planning of the group's overall digital systems, technology platforms, and institutional norms, and for formulating construction steps and implementation schedule. Capable of decomposing large-scale complex system projects into phased implementation paths and steadily advancing their implementation.
• Full Lifecycle Management of IT Projects: Oversee the management of various IT development projects, with comprehensive control over the three core dimensions of project schedule, cost, and quality; lead business project initiation alignment, precise requirements assessment and structuring, and deeply collaborate with business parties in communication and coordination; achieve full-process closed-loop delivery of projects.
• Deep Business Alignment and Value Management: Possess a strong business-oriented mindset, proactively go deep into each business line, and accurately identify business pain points and demands; define the value of IT work from the perspectives of business, business data, and business efficiency, present project outputs with quantified results, and gain recognition and support from the business side.
• Team Management and Talent Empowerment: Responsible for the overall building, daily management, and pipeline development of the IT team, with mature team management and mentoring methods; build a highly effective professional IT team.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Proactively carry out cross-departmental and cross-level communication and collaboration, coordinate resources from all parties to advance system implementation and digital transformation; resolve collaboration conflicts between IT and business, and drive continuous iterative optimization of the group's digital system. Requirements:
• Textile and apparel industry experience preferred ; must be proficient in SAP and have experience in SAP 0-1 implementation; must be able to travel to Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related fields; 15+ years of group-level IT management experience, and 5+ years of management experience at the same level as IT Vice President / IT Head; experience in large group and multi-business-segment complex system construction is preferred.
• Proficient in full-process IT project control; possess complete independent capabilities in business project initiation, requirements decomposition, resource coordination, risk control, and closed-loop delivery; skilled at controlling project schedule, cost, and quality.
• Possess extremely strong business insight and business-oriented thinking; able to step outside a purely technical perspective and demonstrate IT value through business results and quantified data; familiar with using digital means to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Possess the ability for top-level digital planning, platform architecture design, and phased implementation for large groups; skilled at decomposing complex system engineering and implementing it step by step steadily.
