As a Technical Developer
• Merchandising, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing our NIQ merchandising solutions, technical development, and system/solution support. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Single point of contact for client's technical queries
• Ownership of client relationship for support, delivery and technical development & consultancy
• Communicate with client to capture requirements for our solutions
• Communicate client requirement to appropriate internal team members
• Development client custom solutions
• Testing of solution to ensure client requirement is met
• Project support post sales / implementation activities
• Engaged in training new and existing clients in our merchandising solutions
• Stakeholder engagement both internally and on the client side
• Consulting with clients to discuss ongoing enhancement
• Regular client account reviews
• Assist in sales activities in terms of preparation of proposal and presentations
• Ensure client service deliverables are aligned to the regional client service standards
• Regular contact with clients Qualifications You’re experienced in software development, perused various technologies, dabbled in data. And you have the communication chops to translate it all into conversation or presentations. While you’ve worked with global cross-functional teams, you can also put your head down and focus on independent projects. Seeing the big picture takes attention to detail. Keeping up with the fast-changing world of retail and manufacturing sectors. You know what’s happening in data and you’re ready to influence what’s next.
• Bachelor’s degree graduate or higher
• Over 3 years relevant working experience
• Microsoft SQL database experience essential
• Software Development in C#, .

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English 岗位名称：技术开发（商品陈列方向） 本岗位为客户侧技术开发岗，主要负责NIQ Spaceman零售空间规划产品，对接Walmart等零售客户，处理客户使用产品的各类技术问题，完成客户侧定制化技术开发、需求对接、方案测试、客户培训。 主要工作职责
- 作为客户技术问题的统一对接人，承接客户各类技术咨询；
- 负责客户全周期对接，涵盖技术支持、项目交付、技术开发以及技术咨询相关客户关系维护；
- 与客户沟通，挖掘、收集业务需求；
- 将客户需求同步传递给公司内部对应团队；
- 为客户定制开发个性化解决方案；
- 完成方案测试，保障交付成果满足客户需求；
- 负责售后及实施完成后的项目支持工作；
- 面向新老客户开展商品陈列解决方案的使用培训；
- 对接协调内部及客户侧多方相关干系人；
- 为客户提供咨询建议，探讨产品持续优化迭代方向；
- 定期开展客户账户复盘回顾；
- 协助销售工作，包含方案建议书、演示材料的制作准备；
- 确保客户服务交付内容符合区域客户服务标准；
- 保持与客户的常态化沟通对接。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历；
• 3 年及以上相关工作经验；
- 必须具备 Microsoft SQL 数据库实操经验；
- 掌握 C#、Net 进行软件开发；
- 拥有空间规划 / 商品陈列相关业务经验；
- 具备服务意识，能够独立完成方案演示汇报；
- 中英文读写及口头沟通能力优秀；
- 具备软件开发背景，接触过多类技术，有数据相关工作经验；
- 有全球跨职能团队协作经历，也可以独立深耕完成项目；
- 兼具全局视野与细节把控能力；
- 持续关注零售、制造行业动态，了解数据领域发展趋势，能够输出想法推动业务优化。
