- we use Python and TrendMiner day to day Comfortable with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT/Copilot) for real analysis and coding support, not just writing emails Job Purpose: The regional Process Analytics Engineer will drive and help deliver operational improvements at our manufacturing sites through utilization of digital tools and data analytics. This involves establishing and maintaining a collaboration effort between the regional team you are part of, other (regional) teams and the different focus sites in scope. Key Accountabilities: Provide and build digital, analytical
- and process control/tuning capabilities and other domain expertise. Contribute to the overall Process Automation & Digital roadmap by capturing and driving operational improvements at our manufacturing sites. Key activities:
• Through digital data mining, collect, interpret, and report manufacturing process related opportunities.
• Review and optimize the process control layer using available tools in combination with practical and theoretical knowledge.
• Connect
- and collaborate with focus sites and other (regional) teams within Nouryon.
• Share knowledge and build digital, analytical and process control capabilities both internally as well as locally at our manufacturing sites. 职位要求： Hands-on, plant-floor mentality — not someone who wants to sit in the office only. Example: one of my team members from Tianjin is currently on long assignment in Ningbo, working with a peer to implement a large initiative pipeline across the Jiaxing, Taixing, and Ningbo plants. Strong communicator — needs to build alignment and buy-in with site leadership and process engineers Able to build a good working relationship with regional OpEx, since they're our eyes and ears in-region and help drive implementation of key projects
