• Is designed to grow and develop the next generation of engineering professionals. Throughout the programme, the graduates will gain exposure to diverse engineering disciplines and contribute to the success of organisation. The graduates
• will hold various roles as they rotate between engineering specialisms within the organisation. These will include new product introduction (NPI), technical support. They will support projects that shape the future of the organisation and collaborate with global teams to better serve our customers.
• At the end of the programme, the graduates will be well prepared to choose a career within our Engineering teams as a Development Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Electrical Engineer. Rotational Learning
• Participate in a structured rotational program that exposes the graduates to various aspects of Engineering, including but not limited to:
• New Product Introduction
- NPI
• Technical Support Firsthand

Experience:
• Engage in real-world engineering technology projects, collaborating closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams. Mentorship:

• University degree (Bachelor/Masters). Mechanical field is preferred. Knowledge
• Good spoken and written English.
