• 承担核心运维系统与工具的设计与持续优化工作。 Design and continuously optimize core operational systems and toolsets.
• 解决高优先级疑难技术问题，提供架构与技术支持。 Solve high-priority complex technical issues and provide architectural support.
• 主导自动化与远程支持工具平台的建设与推广。 Lead development and rollout of automation and remote support platforms.

• 主管安排的其他工作任务。 Other activities/tasks assigned by supervisors. 任职要求 Qualification
• 本科及以上学历，计算机或信息系统相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 8年以上IT支持或系统运维经验，擅长故障诊断与工具开发。 8+ years of IT support or systems operations experience, skilled in troubleshooting and tool development.
• 熟悉ITSM系统、脚本语言（如PowerShell、Python）与远程管理框架。 Familiar with ITSM systems, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and remote management frameworks.
