Senior Recruiter

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for recruitment and sourcing. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. This is a work-from-office role, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement depending on performance and business needs. Employment Type: Full-Time (6-Month renewable Contract) Working Schedule: Monday to Friday Language Requirement (Mandatory):
• Native-level proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
• Good command of English

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as Job portals, referral programs, social media platforms, and campus recruitment initiatives
• Conduct headhunting and direct sourcing to identify suitable candidates
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers

Requirements:
• Exposure to or experience in end-to-end recruitment/sourcing
• 2+ years of experience in Sourcing (Mandatory)
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Familiarity with various job portals and social media recruitment strategies Key

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage recruitment timelines effectively
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
