You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle: from optimizing current catalog performance (Product Management), to executing flawless New Product Introductions (NPI), to pioneering New Product Line Innovations (NPLI) that capture emerging automotive trends in the region. Key Strategic Impact Areas
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the profitability and competitiveness of the existing aftermarket portfolio.
• NPI Excellence: Oversee the cross-functional process of bringing new parts to market

• Lead the Phase-Gate process to ensure manufacturing readiness. New Product Line Innovation (NPLI) & Market Expansion

• Partner with Marketing to develop "go-to-market" strategies for new innovations.
• Train the sales team on technical selling points of new lines.
• Act as the voice of the APAC customer back to the global R&D and Innovation hubs. Team Development
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Catalog specialists across the region.

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, R&D, or Category Management within the Automotive Aftermarket.
