• Skillful lead quality planning in new project launch and gate review for customer requirements; contact customer SQE / STA for engineering or process change notification and approval
• Follow up process/material change for ECR/ECN and PCR
• Develop and optimize PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, WI & Visual Aids
• Window person for leading customer onsite auditing and qualification, action follow-up and closure.
• Participate project try run and drive open issue on-time closure.
• Handle product audit the yearly type testing.
• Window person for Quality VOC. Qualifications/ Requirements
• Bachelor degree with good English and computer skills
• Know about QS9000, VDA and IATF16949 system
• More than 5 years working experience of quality in auto industry preferred
• Good communication skills and familiar with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP,FMEA,MSA, control plan, SPC
• Internal audit experience preferred
• Proficient at reading and writing in English, basic oral kill is required.
• Willing to take challenge tasks. Nice To Haves (preferred Qualifications)
• SMT experience in auto industry is preferred
• IATF internal auditor certification is preferred.
