该职位来源于猎聘 Main Duties: The Lead Homologation Engineer will be part of a team responsible for full vehicle integration. This position primarily requires the individual to lead complete vehicle level homologation activities, including:
• Definition of requirements according to intended markets
• Provide clear interpretation of regulations to the engineering and design teams
• Create and execute homologation test matrices,including liaison with customer and test facilities
• Work closely with other program integration team members to ensure that there is a clear understanding

• Physically perform homologation tests and witness with regulatory bodies
• Perform frequent and thorough objective evaluations of vehicle designs, to ensure right **

• Author evaluation reports, validation reports, etc Qualification:

Education:
Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major Work Experiences: With more than 8 years working experience for at least 3 complete vehicle homologation activities Technical Knowledge:
• Familiar with overall vehicle development process
• Thorough knowledge of global as well as Chinese legislative requirements
• Experience in advising engineering teams of requirements throughout development, and official homologation process
• Ability to create design guidelines and monitor designs against them
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
