该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities / 岗位职责 Develop test plans, test procedures, and test instructions for MV drives, power cells, and related electrical components. 制定高压变频器、功率单元及相关电气部件的测试计划、测试流程和测试指导书。 Set up and maintain test platforms, execute hardware tests, collect and analyze test data, and prepare test and qualification reports. 搭建并维护测试平台，执行硬件测试，收集并分析测试数据，编写测试报告和资格认证/确认报告。 Conduct functional, performance, reliability, environmental, insulation, and standard compliance tests according to project requirements. 根据项目要求开展功能、性能、可靠性、环境、绝缘及标准符合性测试。 Troubleshoot test failures, support root cause analysis, and follow up corrective actions with relevant teams. 对测试过程中发现的故障和异常进行排查，支持根因分析，并与相关团队跟进整改措施。 Support product debugging, sample qualification, and issue resolution in collaboration with R&D, quality, production, and other teams. 与研发、质量、生产及其他团队协作，支持产品调试、样品确认和问题解决。 Support R&D lab operations, including 5S, EHS compliance, equipment maintenance, calibration, and test facility improvement. 支持研发实验室日常运营，包括 5S、EHS 合规、设备维护、校准及测试设施改进。 Continuously improve test methods, test efficiency, report quality, and overall laboratory testing capability. 持续优化测试方法、提升测试效率、报告质量及实验室整体测试能力。 Requirements / 任职要求 Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or related fields. 电气工程、自动化、电力电子或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Solid knowledge of power electronic systems and hardware testing methods. 具备扎实的电力电子系统知识和硬件测试方法相关知识。 Familiar with electrical components; experience with MV drives, converters, inverters, power cells, or similar products is preferred. 熟悉电气元器件；有高压变频器、变流器、逆变器、功率单元或类似产品经验者优先。 Knowledge of reliability and environmental testing, including temperature, humidity, insulation, endurance, and related tests. 了解可靠性和环境测试，包括温度、湿度、绝缘、耐久性及相关测试项目。 Knowledge of IEC 61800-5-1, IEC 61800-3, IEC 61800-2, or other relevant standards is preferred. 了解 IEC 61800-5-1、IEC 61800-3、IEC 61800-2 或其他相关标准者优先。 Familiar with quality assurance and problem-solving methods. 熟悉质量保证流程和问题分析解决方法。 Good technical documentation skills and English communication skills are preferred. 具备良好的技术文档编写能力和英语沟通能力者优先。 Strong ownership, teamwork, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 具备较强的责任心、团队合作精神、时间管理能力和跨部门协作能力。
