Work as the technical window for oversea and domestic customers (including PD, MDE/SBE, Tooling teams, etc.), deliver solutions to fulfill customer requirements. 2.
Manage full internal project information covering process design & planning, drawing evaluation, waiver list, FAI/CPK, Build schedules, Ramp-up plans and other relevant documents. 3.
Manage and track the design progress and schedule of DFM, automation DFM and post-process DFM. 4.
Arrange, follow up, collect, communicate and deliver all others required by customers, and conduct formal reviews with customers to obtain agreement or approval.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Join review with cross function team for drawing, part spec and process design details. 2.
Join review with cross function team for tools, fixtures, automations and post process DFM. 3.
Join review with cross function team for part MTD/MSOP. 4.
Collect technical issues (include Quality, Mold Trial, All Process, Tooling, Automation), and drive/coordinate function team DRI to improve, review FACA with function team for MIL issues. 5.
Join CR and Should Be parameter review. 6.
Join DOE plan review, DOE progress tracking, handle DOE result analysis and submission. 7.
Manage oversea and domestic customer (including PD, MDE/SBE, Tooling teams, etc.) communication for any technical activities. 8.
Join and trac progress for any new technical task, new process and new material study required by customer, integrate all information and report to customer. 9.
Customer related documents and process optimization and standardization drive (DFM, Tooling Tracker, Drawing Feedback, Open Issue etc.). 10.
Comply with work allocation and assignments from manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Bachelor degree or higher, overseas educational background a plus. 2.
Technical: (remark
- Apple vendor in prior). 1)Skilled in 3C mold design, machining and mold trial. 2)Experienced in design & commissioning of 3C production automation systems. 3)Possess end-to-end smart manufacturing process planning capability. 4)Well-versed in Six Sigma methodologies. 3.
Problem Solving: 1)Strong logical reasoning skills. 2)Proven track record of troubleshooting technical problems throughout ESI and mass production phases. 4.
Communication: 1)Advanced PowerPoint production capabilities. 2)Outstanding presentation competency and excellent on-the-spot adaptability. 3)Strong cross-functional communication skills. 5.
Others: 1)Fully proficient in oral and written English. 2)Open to foreign applicants. 3)Highly responsible. 4)Strong execution skills. 5)Challenge-driven mindset. 6)Devoted and committed.
