- Provides overall direction for Replenishment by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
- Developing, communicating, building support for and implementing business strategies;
- Measuring outcomes to ensure desired results;

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps
- Recruiting, selecting and developing talent;

- Drive collaboration and integration with Import Demand Planning team on demand/fulfillment for import inventory from origins to retail warehouses, enabling merchant strategies and value unlock.
- Formulate and drive execution of supplier collaboration to build strategic partnership – joint business planning, capacity planning and fulfillment excellence.
- Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives
- Manage inventory strategy and operations across multiple portfolios or strategic business unit by partnering with supply chain stakeholders on financial and strategic plans. Oversee and manage teams and business assigned to ensure targets defined are met and at highest customer satisfaction.
- Formulate and drive execution of business plans and improvement projects by collaborating with senior and executive leadership on corporate and divisional strategic initiatives by participating in and providing resources and input for project design.
- identifying and communicating inventory drivers and trends to business partners.
- Reviewing results of supply chain impact analyses
- Incorporating external economic benchmarks and trends for strategic business unit strategies
- Translate supply chain strategies into inventory management action plans
- Leading portfolio teams through systems, process and organizational change
- Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

Requirements:
- Advanced Industry Knowledge: Broad knowledge of distribution methods, component costing, manufacturing methods, brand equity, regulatory requirements, industry specifications and competition
- Budget Planning and Execution: Ability to establish and execute budgets by understanding budget needs. This includes ability to control costs, comply with budget requirements and make adjustments.
- Business Acumen: Ability to examine and understand best practices from other companies and industries and apply them to organization.
- Financial competence: Ability to interpret, analyze, and explain financial information. Ability to understand financial data and to accurately interpret financial statements and reports, and to use financial data to accurately diagnose business realities, identify key issues and develop strategies and plans.
- Statistical Analysis interpretation: Ability to interpret statistical analyses to predict outcomes.
- Able to effectively recruit and build teams to deliver results for the company and catalyze team commitment to high performance standards. Good command of English and local language
