Who you are:

Develop and implement competitive/stable production methods and production equipment for the production based on strategy and working environment regulations.

About the job:

Involved in NPD/EPD project process and clarify process requirements in time. Responsible for designing and improving of tools and fixtures to support manufacturing. Maintenance & Creating route as new product launched in ERP system to secure customer needs. Improve the manufacturing process to ensure production efficiency and quality. Always consider waster elimination to improve productivity and reduce cost in process. Standardize document of operation process (SOP) from sustainability, healthy, 5S point of view. Work together with workshop to analyze and set up standard working time. Audit and suggest improvements of SOPs, train workers and implement SOP skill matric. Fully in charge of machinery design /develop, poka-yoke design implementation for lean production. Support to do headcount budget accordance with demand operation hours yearly. Leading team to solve process related problems at production line to ensure production efficiency. Timely trouble shooting the abnormal quality problem in processes and analysis on root cause to propose the improvement measures. Support claim investigation. Engaged in applying the priorities (Sustainability, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and immediately call for TL/TM/UM in case of problems/risks; Work actively with the ALPS tools;(5S,PRP,ALPS meeting,etc...) Other tasked assigned by manager.

What you know:

1. University education, major in mechanics or Industrial engineering or equivalent knowledge

2. At least 3 years of experience from relevant area in a foreign invested production/manufacturing company

3. Good English both in oral and written, above CET-4

4. Familiar with AutoCAD,excel, Good project managerment skills and communication skills

5. Relative knowledge of Heat transfer product is a plus.

6. Relative knowledge of ERP system(DynamicsX) is a plus.

7. Experience from improvement tools, e g Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen is a plus
