Key Responsibilities

Finance controlling (50%)

-          Participate in month-end closing activities, including advise on journal entry accruals, sanity check on SAP books and perform variance analysis, reporting recon, etc.

-          Prepare monthly OPEX/BW/Consol report and perform related data retrieving, documents filling and commentary drafting.

-          Perform monthly B/S recon and advise on anything outstanding.

-          Maintain the workflows to request master data like intercompany vendor/customer, profit/cost centers, G/L accounts, service material, DOAG approval matrix, etc.

-          Support Controller on project, audit, budget, internal control and other ad-hoc tasks.

Tax accountant (30%)

·         Responsible for tax related declaration, SAP accrual/settle and daily operation for a new created legal entity (corporate function, no goods flow)

·         Be the signal contact window with local tax authority, tackle with tax related report, survey, data collections, trainings.

·         Support controller with internal/external stakeholders like global tax team, external vendors like E&Y, tax filling vendors, etc.

Miscellaneous (20%)

·         SPOC of this new created LE to Fin related government institution on report/survey/query

·         Support on other APAC regional controlling activities per required.

Requirements

·         Bachelor degree in Finance/accounting related majors with more than 5 years working experience.

·         SAP FI/CO knowledge and GL experience must, tax experience is a plus.

·         English workable
