Job Description

Director OES Sales Automotive Service Solutions

Drive sales centered around the customers requirements for region China to secure new business, expand market share and realize profitable growth. Derive, align, and deliver annual Target Business Plan with clearly communicated KPI’s to be deployed throughout the sales organization. Maintain, expand, and develop relationships with management both within the Customer and within the Mobility Company while being highly visible, accessible, and accountable to customers, sales team, and cross-functional areas. Lead a team and apply sound employment decisions in the areas of talent acquisition, rewarding, performance management and career development.

Qualifications

Experience in sales for OE customers Experience in Original Equipment Services (OES) International experience operating within a Global Team Bachelor’s degree in business, Master of Business Administration, Master of Science or a related field Diplomacy and working within a matrix organization. Excellence in verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong leadership leading the business and leading others. Leading and resolving complex negotiations. Ability to derive and execute strategies to achieve growth and profitability. Ability to travel, including international travel. Travel Frequency: Travel national and international with high frequency
