Job Summary

Responsible for feasibility review of mechanical product ,programing ,machining process ,designing fixture and jig . Responsible for CNC machine shop problem solving and continuous improvement, supporting CNC shop productivity improvement.

Key responsibility

Act as a key member of the manufacturing engineering team. . Responsible for CNC workshop production documentation, CNC programming. Responsible for continued process improvement, support daily problem solving. Lead new line or new machine launch, create new machine or fixture technical specifications. Support for supplier development, provide professional judgement on fixture design and tool design and management. Lead new machine qualification and trial run. Work with global ME team, provide or ask necessary support. Provide training for technicians and operators. Other task by superior.

岗位要求 Requirements

College degree or above 5+years experiences in machining area, familiar with FANUC and siemens CNC system. Good command with Esprit CNC programming software. Good English application ability both in oral and writing. Good communication skill and teamwork ability.
