master or bachelor’s degree in microelectronics or other related subjects > =1ys experience in IC analog layout ( preferred > 3 years) Finish module-level analog layout independently Familiar with Cadence/Mentor based tools Ability to estimate layout schedule and area Good understanding of semiconductor physics process and basic concept of different devices Flexibility and good capacity for communication and teamwork Foreign languages: English is a must
