岗位职责 Responsibilities

与本地同事及共享中心团队及时准确合作完成月度、季度和年度财务结账工作
Collaborate with local and SSC teams to achieve timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly finance closing. 复核科目余额分析报告，跟进异常变动项目的原因分析和处理

Collaborate with SSC to review TB regularly and follow up corrective actions.

与本地及共享中心团队合作，确保准确及时报送统计报告并做好归档管理

Work with SSC and local team to ensure timely and accurate statistical reporting and filing.

负责财务凭证档案的管理工作；
Responsible for finance document management. 协调和支持各项审计工作

Coordinate/support internal and external auditing.

负责审核差旅费用，确保费用准确及时入账，协助新员工申请Concur账号和报销培训。
Responsible for T&E reimbursement checking, ensure timely and accuracy. Assist new employees to apply for Concur account and provide training. 负责销售发票的复核确认

Work with Tax accountant on sales invoice review.

负责年度固定资产盘点，确保固定资产盘点按照内控要求按时完成；
Responsible for fixed asset inventory, ensure fixed asset stocktaking completed timely and meet internal control requirements. 支持与当地银行和政府相关部门保持良好的沟通

Support to maintain good communication with banks and local authorities.

与政府事务部合作，负责政策性资金奖励的申请准备和提交

Work closely with Public Affairs team and responsible for preparing various subsidies application documents.

负责增值税相关的销项发票的管理、开具；增值税进项发票的收集和管理、认证，与间接税团队合作完成增值税纳税申报；

Responsible for VAT invoice management including Output VAT invoice issuing and Input VAT invoices verification. Coordinate with indirect tax team to complete VAT returns.

负责除增值税以外税种的纳税申报，确保按时完成纳税申报、按时足额缴纳税款；

Responsible for tax returns except VAT to ensure timely return and full tax payment.

负责与税务部门的业务联系，完成各项相关资料的报送，如:税源调查表、纳税服务调查表、税源信息表等税务局要求的各项数据；

Responsible for relationship with tax offices, complete tax documents e.g. tax survey, taxes information etc. requested by tax authority.

完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
 

基本任职资格 Qualifications

财经类专业本科以上，相关专业证书优先

Undergraduate or above with major in finance or accounting, (Student) member of related professional association preferred.

5年以上财务相关工作经验，制造业财务经验尤佳
5+ years finance experience while manufacturing finance is plus. 熟悉企业会计制度和企业会计准则；熟悉税务法规；熟悉IFRSs或USGAAP优先
Familiar with local Accounting standards and tax policies. Understanding of IFRSs / US GAAP is a plus. 熟练使用MS Excel，PowerPoint等微软Office办公软件

Experienced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint preferred.

熟悉SAP优先

Familiar SAP is a strong plus.

良好的英语书面沟通能力，口语尤佳；
Good English reading and written skills, English speaking is a plus. 良好的人际沟通能力。
Good interpersonal skills.
