Overview: To support the set-up and delivery of retail projects and programmes from initial feasibility stage through to design, procurement, construction, and successful handover. You will be a project manager representing the end user client, taking the proactive actions in managing and coordinating all stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Individual project values up to US$6m and over.

Job Description
Establish the project schedule management system with Project Manager Work with project team to prepare the project schedule in different levels. Very strong in preparing high level scheduling report to steering committee for project schedule progress analysis Good in providing all key milestone with construction, procurement and design team to align the key interface milestone, able to organize meeting to align and analyze timeline and gaps Coordinate the different team to review/approve the schedule. Instruct the key coordination dates for project execution to achieve the schedule alignment between different contractors. Alert potential project delays Report project execution status in different forms for different purposes.
Qualifications
At least 10 years scheduling/planning experience, actual construction background will be an essential plus, especially on pharmaceutical construction projects. Tracked experiences on working with client to develop and track project schedule from concept, design, procurement, construction and commissioning knowledge Must be good at communicating with different work streams, be active on solving problems under the challenging situations. Must be a good expert on project reporting, including excel, PPT and meeting chairing. Skilled to work with different working style client is essential.
