Description

1)负责高鑫北区客户关系维护、合同谈判、商品规划及销售计划制定;

2)能够合理规划商品的列进进度,把握营销节奏;

3)能够独立完成公司内部流程,同时规避流程风险;

4)管理渠道客户,保持良好的沟通合作,建立健康稳定的生意发展;

5)管理协调区域销售队伍,包括各类指标分解、资源分配、团队激励及培养等;

6)完成上级下达的其它任务,定期反馈信息及数据统计,形成定期报告;定期回顾分析生意状况,处理各种紧急突发问题。

1)5年以上大卖场渠道运营管理经验,有直供经验优先;

2)能独立完成商品规划,提前进行商品的上新和汰换沟通,能根据区域进行不同的商品策略引指定。

3)对市场反馈的数据有极强的敏感度及逻辑推测能力,并形成PPT讲解;

4)具备良好的内外部沟通能力,对各部门及客户始终能够按数据推测施加影响力;

5)有良好的团队合作精神,能在压力下完成目标;

6)具有良好的紧急应变能力。
