About the Role

Responsibilities:

Planning and simulation of large-scale multi-energy complementary microgrid sEstablish microgrid models according to actual projects, including but not limited to power system architecture, power electronic equipment, energy management and control strategies, and optimize system operation efficiency, stability and reliability. Design and simulation of power system of Power to X projects under off-grid or restricted grid-connected conditions of renewable energy power g Design and modeling of control and protection strategies and algorithms for power systems such as FACTs, HVDC, renewable energy power generation integration, and m Power quality simulation analysis and safe operation optimization of new power system, such as steady-state, transient, medium and long-term dynamic, short-circuit current calculation, voltage and frequency stability c Optimizing the dynamic behavior of the high voltage converter (, black-start and network restoration, grid forming controls , multi-terminal systems) according to customer and national grid code requirements Analyzing sub-synchronous torsional/control interactions and the harmonic converter impedance, as well as potential interactions between the converter and other controlled devices in the power system Developing and validating simulation models for diverse EMT simulation tools (, PSCAD/EMTDC, Matlab/Simulink, EMTP-RV) Customer trainings for simulation models and presentation of study results to customer Continuous improvement and standardization of simulation models, study procedures and methods, processes in project execution as well as documentation of results Supporting the project management in technical discussions, participating in customer meetings, and coordinating external partners

Job requirements:

Master's degree or above; Power electronics, power systems, electrical engineering or related m 5 years or more working experience in power electronics, power system, microgrid simulation and other related f Familiar with power system power flow calculation, dynamic simulation modeling and a Familiar with power system, microgrid related technologies and standards, rich knowledge on power electronic technologies such as power conversion and power c Familiar with power system control strategy, have a deep understanding of power system control and p Familiar with MATLAB/PSS/E, BPA/PSASP/EMTP/PSCAD/DIGSILENT or other power system simulation software and be proficient in using the above software for power system modeling, simulation and an Experience in practical engineering design inthe fields ofpower system automation, relay protection, power electronics, new energy power generation, and large-scale microgrids will be a plus. Fluent English and mandarin mandatory (spoken and written)

大型多能互补微电网系统规划和仿真。根据实际项目建立微电网模型，包括但不限于电力系统架构、电力电子设备、能量管理和控制策略，优化系统运行效率、稳定性和可靠性； 新能源发电离网或限制性并网条件下多维电力转换项目电力系统设计与仿真； 柔性交流输电、高压直流输电、新能源发电并网，微电网等电力系统的控制与保护策略及算法的设计与模型开发； 新型电力系统的稳态、暂态以及中长期动态、短路电流计算、电压稳定计算和频域计算等电能质量仿真分析与安全运行优化； 根据客户和国家电网规范要求，优化高压变流器的动态行为(如黑启动和构网控制，多终端系统等)； 分析次同步扭转/控制相互作用和谐波变流器阻抗，以及变流器和电力系统中其他受控设备之间的潜在相互作用。开发和验证各种EMT仿真工具的仿真模型(例如，PSCAD/EMTDC, Matlab/Simulink, EMTP-RV)并可对客户进行模拟模型培训，展示研究结果； 持续改进和标准化仿真模型，研究程序和方法，项目执行过程以及产品文档； 在技术讨论中支持项目管理，参与客户会议，协调外部合作伙伴。


任职要求：

电力电子、电力系统、电气工程或相关专业；硕士以上学历； 电力系统、微电网仿真等相关领域5年及以上工作经验; 熟悉电力系统潮流计算、动态过程仿真模型及算法； 熟悉电力系统、微电网相关技术和标准，熟悉电能变换和功率控制等电力电子技术； 熟悉电力系统控制策略，对电力系统控制保护有较深入理解， 熟悉MATLAB/PSS/E,BPA/PSASP/EMTP/PSCAD/DIGSILENT等电力系统仿真软件，能熟练利用上述软件进行电力系统建模、仿真及分析； 具备电力系统自动化、继电保护、电力电子，新能源发电，大型微电网等领域的实际工程经验优先； 可使用流利的英语和普通话进行业务口头或书面沟通
