Basic Function

Be responsible for the effective development, implementation and maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environment management system to provide well protection to DG site employees/contractors and property to achieve GoalZERO.

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Implement HSE programs and activities to compliance with all HSE laws and regulation for facility/process and potential new projects.

2) Maintain effective ISO14001 management system. supervise the environmental treatment system to ensure comply with local laws and regulations

3) Follow up Corporate OE standards in site by working with related functions to complete the self-assessment, gap analysis and gap closure to ensure its effectively implementation.

4) Develop and maintain site procedures in occupational safety, process safety as well as environment and industrial hygiene. Such as: annual indoor occupational hazards assessment & test, and provide occupational health check for all related operators

5) Organize and participate in HSE activities both internal and external, including Global Safety Day and OCS, meetings organized by local authority and HSE councils etc.

6) Deliver training to employees/contractors to raise their awareness and make sure they have the right and required knowledge to understand requirements first.

7) Follow up misc. HSE related findings coming from corporate audit, safety walk, near miss reporting etc. to make sure it’s being closed timely and effectively.

8) Coordinate HSE projects to ensure it is properly designed, operated and closed.

9) Assist to on-site construction management for coming new project in Dongguan plan and other Ad hoc working task that assigned by company or management

Min. Qualifications

Education:
College or bachelor's degree or above.

Work Experience: 
1. 3 years+ HSE relevant experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Education:
Environmental, Safety, Health and related majors is preferred.

Work Experience: 
1. Prefer to have overall experiences in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment area
2. Familiar with ISO14001 system, led or support to set up or maintain ISO 14001 system
3. MNC working experiences is a plus 

Licenses & Certifications:
1. ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certificate and HSE relevant qualification is a plus

1. Familiar with HSE related law and regulations 
2. Knowledge of HSE relevant system

5. Good at MS tools, familiar with AI automation tools is a plus

Languages:
1. Excellent in written and spoken Chinese & English
