Responsibilities •Act as trusted partner for Head of Government Relations in China GR strategic priorities development and drive implementation. •In depth knowledge of policies interpret ability. Seek effective channel to collect new polices, build connection of mess policy analyze, translate business language to communicate the impact, visualize final report out deck to Sr. management team.•Keep close to the policies updates from central governments, make policy analysis to identify the opportunities and risks based on company’s business, and integrate internal and external efforts to shape policy environment.•Provide government affairs and policy support through close collaborating with market and sales teams and understanding the requirement. •Demonstrated ability to develop and manage projects and activities required to achieve business objectives.•Ensure the achievement and track the milestones of the project in agreed quality within agreed budgets and timelines. •Perform active role within GR team and cross function communication and collaborations. •Provide consultancy to GR teams by leveraging marketing intelligence and internal/external resources. Requirements •2+ years solid experience with consulting background •Integrity and maturity in personality. •Strong and profound project management experience •Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. •Communication with clarity and impact. •Leadership without authority. •Strong visual presentation ability use Mic soft tools.Leadership Competences •Strategic thinking: Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies. •Collaboration: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives •Driving results: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstancesOur global team:
