We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Expeditor and Interface Coordinator to ensure the seamless delivery of materials and effective communication across project teams. This senior-level role demands a strategic approach to overseeing supply chain processes, aligning them meticulously with complex project schedules and technical standards.

• Advanced Expediting: Oversee the expediting process to ensure on-time delivery of all critical project materials and equipment. Utilize advanced tracking systems to provide real-time updates, anticipate delays, and strategically manage delivery timelines.
• Strategic Interface Coordination: Serve as the key liaison among senior internal teams, major suppliers, and prime contractors. Facilitate high-level meetings to ensure all parties are strategically aligned with project objectives and timelines.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Generate sophisticated reports on procurement status, inventory levels, and potential risks, providing strategic insights to facilitate decision-making at the executive level.
• Quality Compliance: Collaborate with top-tier quality control teams to confirm that all materials adhere to the highest project specifications and industry standards.
• Complex Problem Solving: Tackle significant challenges in the procurement process, including major delays or critical discrepancies, using a solutions-oriented approach.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with top management, project leaders, and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an expediting or project coordination role within the oil and gas industry.
