Global Finance aims to provide HSBC with a professional, effective and responsive finance service that operates at optimal cost and employs a common and transparent global model.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1) Understand team process and support team in user related tests for system on-boarding
2) Assist team in generating monthly Management Information and where possible look at efficiencies to reduce production time
3) Assist team members with presentations, translation work, proof read wording
4) Team admin tasks, meeting arrangement, activities facilitation
5) Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
In-branch:
1) Good communication skills especially in both verbal and written English and can work under pressure
2) Excel skills and Python programming skills - automate processes
3) Background and interest in Banking Industry
4) Preferably 6-12 months
5) IT project experience will be a plus.
