Staff Specialist Warehouse

1. Maintain a safe environment to conform to all state and local lawsand create safety improvement plans as necessary.
2. Coordinate and manage employee for daily operations and 5S.
3. KPI -Evaluation for warehouse performance by monthly.
4. Implement the efficiency improvement plan to achieve the set target.
5. Control and manage inventory, to ensure no discrepancy betweensystem and actual.
6. Lead and train warehouse employee, to check and ensure the warehouseprocess and operation are compliance with the quality system andprocess.
7. Directly support factory production by supervising, optimizing, andtroubleshooting and ensure the accurate flow of material.
8. Support other tasks assigned by line manager.1. Solid logistics experience in warehouse management.
2. Ability to monitor, and manage the performance of as well as thedevelopment of vendor.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Responsible, honest and performance-oriented.
5. Familiar with computer operation, esp. MS Office & ERP system.
