Job Description

Essential Functions

1. For important production processes, confirm the production of the first piece and the products in the process in strict accordance with the inspection standards, and make inspection records

2, do not meet the requirements of the operation behavior, should immediately stop, and notify the relevant personnel to improve

3, when the unqualified situation occurs, the relevant personnel should be immediately notified to improve, to avoid causing bad batch

4, the quality of unstable products to focus on tracking, when there is a problem should be reported to the superior or relevant personnel, and find solutions to solve the problem in time;

5. Assist supervisor to deal with customer complaints and problems within the project

6. Follow up the implementation of improvement measures for problem points in the production line

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficient in computer and office software operation and application, understand the seven QC methods and the operation of ISO management system,

Good communication and interpersonal skills, familiar with quality management knowledge, have a good understanding of the business content

Minimum Education andWork Experience Required

High school equivalent or above

At least 1 year working experience in quality inspection
