What You Will Do

This role is focus on performing qualification testing, mainly to vibration testing, good arrangement of all vibration test resource. The Candidate must have well teamwork with team members, and can give helpful suggestion base on test result is more prefer. It is expected as opportunities arise to support our colleagues in areas such as test plan definition and test methodology development. By the way, with automotive background, vibration testing experience is more prefer too.

Understand automotive customer test requirement and international spec. Familiar with vibration test items and purpose. Prepare the test samples, test harness, fixtures and other support stuffs for internal lab. Prioritize all vibration testing requirements. Perform vibration testing. Make sure all test should be done in time in quality. Update the test results and status to test engineer in time. Vibration testing trainer. Good arrangement of vibration testing resource. Periodically review vibration testing related record. Optimize vibration testing scheduling. Other assigned task.

What You Need

Above Junior’s college in electrical or mechanical field. At least 3+ years related experience in automotive testing and lab. Skilled for MS Excel, Power point, Word, Project, and so on. Good read and written English.

What is Nice to Have

Sufficient knowledge test methodology and vibration equipment operation, vibration table experience is a desire. Familiar with Automotive international reliability standards. Knowledge in automotive OEM specs is a plus. Qualified knowledge in reliability field.

What Makes You Eligible

Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic only OR domestic. Be willing to work in an office in Suzhou. Can accept overtime if necessary.
