Senior Sales Operation Manager

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Be more expertise and focus to maximum business support with digitalization and integration by establish, reinforce and continue optimize Sales operation management for both offline and online channel.

Lead distributor management mainly including but not limited to distributor contract, rebate discount calculation and control, distributor entrance, change & exit and stock taking related operation support to ensure accuracy, in time and according with SOP and compliance.

Contract template and contract trading terms draft/review and continuously enhancement

By category by channel discount/rebate calculation/management and follow-ups

Discount/rebate reporting and periodically review.

Distributor stock-taking

Pending issues and risk management with follow-ups

Sales operation related SOP management as the owner

Biz analysis and insight to identify R&O

Regular SOP update

Lead SO related projects management.

e-Contract management including but not limited to daily operation support, system change request collection and development, training & manual preparation etc.

Support for distributor annual spending reconciliation

Ah-hoc projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education : bachelor’s degree above

Languages: Fluent in spoken, written, listen and read English and Chinese

Experience:

8 years+ sales operation or finance bp working experience in FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry

Rich experience and professional knowledge/skills is required to better adapt Haleon culture and take judgement, lead projects, handle daily operations in a complex business environment as well as in a more professional method
