Do daily work under the leadership of department manager, serve each guest well, and provide customized service for guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Knowledgeable in menus, food recipes, and other matters to recommend a variety of food and beverages to guests.
2. Greet guests with a smile, assist guests to store their coats and backpacks, and introduce themselves.
3. Meet the requirements of guests or, if not, provide guests with alternative options.
4. Ensure that all equipment and facilities are clean and available for customer service at any time.
5. Maintain a positive work attitude, do a good job in their own work, take the initiative to solve problems, and be able to communicate clearly with guests or colleagues at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Fluent in English and Chinese.
2. Love to communicate with people.
3. Passion for the hospitality industry.
